BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Elock Shikalepo is a highly accomplished research consultant with over 15 years of experience in applied research, data analysis, and project management. Known for his meticulous approach to data and keen analytical insights, Dr. Shikalepo specializes in providing strategic research solutions that support both academic and industry-driven projects.

Dr. Shikalepo earned his Ph.D. in Sociology with a focus on quantitative research methods from the University of Chicago. He also holds an M.A. in Applied Social Research from New York University, where he honed his expertise in survey design, evaluation metrics, and data-driven decision-making.

Throughout his career, Dr. Shikalepo has collaborated with several research institutions, universities, and private sector organizations to deliver high-impact research outcomes. He has provided expert consultation in areas ranging from educational program evaluation to socio-economic impact studies.
