The International University of Management (IUM) plays an active role in Namibia’s national response to tuberculosis. Each year, lecturers from the Department of Nursing and Midwifery are invited by the Ministry of Health and Social Services (MHSS) to contribute their expertise and community experience to national World TB Day commemorations and annual TB awareness weeks.
