SHINE is a Project co-funded by Erasmus + programme which aims to strengthen and harmonise the internationalisation efforts of Namibian Universities to improve educational quality, employability, research prospects and international collaboration, in alignment with the national priorities set in Namibian Vision 2030, and with EU priorities (incl. the Global Gateway Africa-Europe and the Youth Mobility for Africa flagship), the consortium will commit to the transformation of the Namibian HE system
