2025 Registration Schedule Notice

IUM registration commences as follows:

1. Online Registration: Continuing Students only (All Faculties):15 January – 28 February 2025

Note: The Step-by-Step Guide for Online Registration is available on the University Website throughout the registration period(https://shorturl.at/YHPm5).

2. Face to Face Registration: New Full-Time and Part-Time Students ONLY:
Follow the link to the registration time-table (https://shorturl.at/RNEYp).

3. Registration Fees for all campuses including the New IUM Eenhana Campus:
Normal Registration: 15 January – 7 February 2025 (Fee – N$2,100)
Late Registration: 10 – 28 February 2025 (Fee – N$2,200)

4. The New IUM Eenhana Campus:
Normal applications are still open and will close on 28 February 2025.
Application Fee: N$150.00

5. Documents required at registration (New Students):

• Original School Leaving Certificate: NSSCO/H/AS or original Statement of Results; Original Certificate from an Institution of Higher Learning
• A certified copy of School Leaving Certificate / Statement of Results / Certificate from an Institution of Higher Learning
• Certified copy of ID/Passport
• Admission Letter for 2025 or Mature Age Entry Results Letter
