Promoting Academic Excellence through Access to Quality and Relevant Knowledge!
Libraries at IUM Campuses country wide hosted impactful library sessions for 3 days (12–14 August). The sessions focused on raising awareness about the services and information resources available in the library, while also equipping students with essential academic skills.
Over 500 students received hands-on training on how to access subscribed academic databases and tips on referencing tools like Zotero. With nearly 300 new library memberships and active participation from students and staff the event was a resounding success.
On behalf of all library staff, Mrs. Sitwala, the University Librarian, extends sincere gratitude to all students and staff who participated in making this event a success. She also encourages the entire IUM community to continue making full use of the library and its resources in support of their academic journey.
