2. Face to Face Registration: For New full-time and part-time Students Only
Registration Period – Normal Registration: 15 January to 7 February 2025: fee N$2100
Late Registration: 10 – 28 February 2025: fee N$2200

Documents required at registration:
New Students:
(i) Original School Leaving Certificate: NSSCO/H/AS or original Statement of Results; Original Certificate from an Institution of Higher Learning;
(ii) A certified copy of School Leaving Certificate / Statement of Results / Certificate from an Institution of Higher Learning
(iii) Certified copy of ID/Passport;
(iv) Admission Letter for 2025 or Mature Age Entry Results Letter.
Additional information:
- Late Registration for all Students starts 10th to 28th of February A late registration fee is N$2200
- New applicants are welcome to apply and register on any day and time during the registration period.
- Applications for Bachelor in Nursing Honours and Certificate in Pharmacy Assistant are closed.
- Education Students on SBS must register online: 15 January to 28 February 2025.
